San Antonio Breast Cosmetic Surgery Procedures

Elizabeth S. Harris, M.D., cosmetic surgeon in San Antonio, has an artistic vision on the mold and sketch of the human body, due to her former experience as an artist. She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic surgery (ABPS) and is a member of several organizations, such as the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS).

Through her experience, Dr. Harris has gained expertise in breast surgery in procedures such as breast reduction surgery, breast augmentation, and breast enlargement surgery that she performs at Center for Cosmetic Surgery in San Antonio. During breast surgery, Dr. Harris puts forth her artistic vision in order to provide her patients with satisfying results. For breast enlargement, Dr. Harris will give you an option of saline or silicone breast implants. During an initial consultation, she can help you decide on the shape and size of implants you will need to achieve your goals in plastic surgery.

Consider the other cosmetic surgery procedures offered at our San Antonio practice:

  • Liposuction (“lipoplasty”): This procedure consists of the removal of excess fat that an individual is unable to get rid of with regular diet and exercise. At our practice in San Antonio, Dr. Harris performs tumescent liposuction, in which a dilute solution is injected to break down fat cells and replace fluids lost during the procedure.

  • Tummy tuck (“abdominoplasty”): This technique consists of the removal of excess skin and fat in the abdominal region. During tummy tuck surgery, an incision will be made from hipbone to hipbone. The skin is lifted, excess fat and skin are removed, and the skin is pulled back and tightened. In some cases, where too much fat needs to be removed, lipoplasty can be performed along with abdominoplasty.
