Dr. Harris is passionately involved with the Women In Medicine & Law for the Cure®, which was held this past March 27th, 2008. Dr. Harris is very dedicated in breast reconstruction cases, and works closely with these patients. This was the fifth annual event, which rose over $124,000 to go towards the national Susan G. Komen fund researching breast cancer. This dinner is hosts to primarily female doctors and lawyers, a silent and live auction, and guest speaker. The event gives recognition to breast cancer survivors that evening. Please look for local media coverage on this event in NSide Magazine and NSide Medicine and SA Woman. We encourage anyone interested in next year’s event to call our office for ways you can be involved, donations for the event, or for more details on the event.
